By downloading, installing, or using Mana Diario ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App includes Bible text and inspirational content for personal spiritual use. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content.
The content is provided for personal devotional purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional religious, legal, or other advice.
The App may offer optional premium features through In-App Purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or any In-App Purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
